the application period for the MWA 2022 begins soon for the theme of
Innovations for a sustainable, safe and secure drinking water supply
Once again, innovative, practically relevant concepts as well as application ready solutions that will help address future challenges in drinking water systems and water analysis methods are sought.
The Mülheim Water Award includes a €10,000 prize and is open to both natural and legal persons, groups of persons and institutions from Europe.
The application form will be available from the 1st of December 2021 to the 28th of February 2022. From the pool of submitted applications, a jury of experts will shortlist the most promising submissions for progression to stage two, where further application documents will be requested.
The Mülheim Water Award will be presented for the eighth time in 2022. It is sponsored in equal parts by the water supplier RWW Rheinisch-Westfälische Wasserwerksgesellschaft and GERSTEL GmbH & Co. KG, a producer of automated systems for chemical analysis instruments, both located in Mülheim an der Ruhr.
