Here you will find an overview of the eight previous Mülheim Water Award winners and their projects.

The overall topic of the first five awards, years 2006 to 2014, was “progress in water supply and wastewater disposal”. More than 100 applications from over 20 different European countries were received.

In 2018 –  with GERSTEL GmbH & Co. KG as new sponsor next to RWW Rheinisch-Westfälische Wasserwerksgesellschaft mbH – the topic of the competition has been adjusted to „Innovations for a sustainable water management and safe and secure drinking water supply”.
