The competition theme has remained the same but we have a new patron for the eighth round: Marc Buchholz, the new Lord Mayor of the city of M\u00fclheim an der Ruhr.<\/p>\n<p>How to apply for the M\u00fclheim Water Award? It is simple: between December 2021 and February 2022 you will find an online application form for pre-qualification on our website. This will make it easy for you to apply. From the pool of submitted applications, the jury will identify the most promising candidates and will request further documents for the second application phase.<\/p>\n<p>Individual and group applicants from all over Europe are permitted to apply with innovative procedures, products, concepts and new findings with a strong focus on practical use and application within drinking water supply and water analysis.<\/p>\n<p>The prize to win in 2022 are 10.000\u20ac, donated in equal parts by the water supplier RWW Rheinisch-Westf\u00e4lische Wasserwerksgesellschaft and GERSTEL GmbH &amp; Co. KG, a producer of automated systems for instrumental chemical analysis.
